Service Description
Available for kids ages 6 and older. Each child will be serviced with a Gel Mani, Gel polish on toes, and a “baby” facial. This party package includes services for 8 kids, and a four hour time slot in The Glam Room. Adult party host ( person who booked the party) must be in attendance the entire time. Consent form will be sent and must be completed and signed by parents or guardians in order for the children to be serviced. Furniture currently in the glam room along with additional tables and chairs are available for free use. Any table coverings and other decor must be supplied by party host. Outside food is allowed. Parties must be booked one moth or more in advance. Please be on the look out for Glam Room agreement form and consent to service form in email once party is booked.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellation Bookings may be rescheduled and payment transferred once up to 14 days before the booking. Cancellations made 15+ days prior receive a refund minus a cancellation fee ($50 for bookings 3 hrs or less, $75 for bookings over 4 hrs). Cancellations made 14 days & under result in full loss of payment. If DBD Studios must cancel due to emergencies, renters may reschedule or receive a full refund Cleaning & Damages Renters must leave the Glam Room in the same condition as arrival. Trash must be disposed of and personal items removed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess. Any damage or broken items will be billed at repair or replacement cost. Checkout A host must inspect the room before the renter leaves. Any issues will be addressed at that time. Renters must remain onsite until approval is given. Time Management All setup, event time, and cleanup must occur within the reserved time. Exceeding the reservation may result in extra charges or loss of future booking privileges. Authorization By booking, renters confirm they have read and agree to all policies and authorize DBD Studios + The Glam Room (Dolled By Derriana LLC) to charge the card on file for bookings, damages, cleaning fees, or violations. Conduct & Noise Noise must stay at respectful levels. Renters must comply with requests to reduce volume. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. Renters are responsible for all guest conduct and safety. Occupancy & Use Maximum capacity is 35 people. Space may only be used for the event described at booking. Subleasing or transferring to another person or organization is not allowed. No unlawful or unsafe activity is permitted. Liability DBD Studios is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal property. Renters assume all responsibility for guests and agree to hold DBD Studios + The Glam Room harmless for any claims arising from their event. Age Requirement Renters must be 21+ and must remain onsite for the entire booking. Events with minors require continuous adult supervision. Media DBD Studios may photograph the room setup (not guests) for marketing unless notified in writing beforehand. Policy Violations Violations may result in event termination without refund and potential denial of future bookings.
