The Glam Room is the perfect backdrop for your next chic event! This multi-functional room can be used for workshops, meetings, girls' nights, beauty parties, birthdays, small dinners, as a bridal suite, po up boutique, and more! With hourly rentals available, all you have to do is bring the vibes, the aesthetic is already here!

IT IS REQUIRED THAT RENTERS THROUROUGHLY READ THROUGH OUR RULES AND POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING!

The Glam Room Booking Policy

1. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings may be rescheduled once, up to 14 days prior. (Payment automatically transfers to the new date.)

  • Cancellations 14+ days prior: refund minus a cancellation fee ($50 for bookings less than or equal to 3 hrs, $75 bookings greater than or equal to 4 hrs). Refunds processed within 7 business days.

  • Cancellations under 14 days: total loss of payment.

  • DBD Studios may cancel/reschedule due to emergencies; renters may reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund.

3. Conduct & Noise

  • Maintain respectful noise levels.

  • Comply immediately with host requests to reduce volume.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

  • Renters are responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests.

5. Cleaning & Condition of Space

  • Leave the Glam Room in the same condition as arrival.

  • Dispose of all trash and remove personal items.

  • Excessive cleaning incurs a $200 fee.

  • Any damage or broken items billed at full repair or replacement cost.

7. Liability

  • DBD Studios is not responsible for injuries, lost/stolen items, or personal property.

  • Renters assume full responsibility for guests and vendors.

  • Renters agree to indemnify DBD Studios + The Glam Room (Dolled By Derriana LLC) against any claims.

2. Time Management, Inspection, & checkout

  • All setup, event time, and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time.

  • Overages may result in extra charges or loss of future booking privileges.

  • A host must inspect and approve the space before departure.

  • Any issues will be addressed at that time.

  • Renters must remain onsite until approval is given.

4. Occupancy & Usage

  • Maximum capacity: 35 guests.

  • Use the space only for the event booked.

  • No subleasing or transferring bookings.

  • No unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive activity.

6. Inspection & Checkout

  • A host must inspect and approve the space before departure.

  • Any issues will be addressed at that time.

  • Renters must remain onsite until approval is given.

8. Agreement & Authorization

  • By booking, renters agree to all policies.

  • Authorizes DBD Studios + The Glam Room (Dolled By Derriana LLC) to charge the card on file for rental fees, cleaning fees, damages, or policy violations.

  • Violation of policies or refusal to follow host instructions may result in event termination without refund and denial of future bookings.
